Promise: To reply your inquiry or feedback of the products the first time we get it.
Warranty: To send you the spare parts at our expenses for the faulty products if caused by the manufacturer during 1 year（excluding the light source the ballast）
Spare parts for issues outside the warranty scope will be charged accordingly.
The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
⦁ Products beyond the valid warranty period.
⦁ Products without valid proof of purchase.
⦁ Products repaired, altered, or dismantled by unauthorized parties.
⦁ Damage or malfunction caused by failure to install, store, or operate the product in accordance with the user manual or product specifications.
⦁ Normal wear and tear, including abrasion and surface scratches, that do not affect product performance.
⦁ Severe damage to the housing (e.g., deformation, oxidation, corrosion) not related to product quality.
⦁ Artificial damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper operation (e.g., incorrect power connection, non-compliant usage, impact, or drop).
⦁ Malfunction or damage caused by natural disasters, such as lightning, earthquakes, floods, or fire.
⦁ Any malfunction or damage not attributable to product quality.
